Rich Hill is Tunnl's Vice President of Client Experience and Insights, where he leads the account management and strategic research teams to deliver the strongest possible outcomes for clients. With a background in reputation management and custom research for corporations, advocacy groups, and agencies, Rich partners closely with clients to generate actionable insights and thought leadership. He is passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering deep, strategic relationships that help clients achieve their goals.
Before joining Tunnl, Rich served as AVP of Research Solutions at Morning Consult, where he led reputation, consumer insights, and thought leadership programs for many of the world’s largest companies. His experience spans industries including pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, financial services, and media & entertainment. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Ballast Research (now Penta), Vox Media (covering the New England Patriots), and Citigroup in leveraged finance. Known for his ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights, Rich ensures research drives meaningful impact for every client partner.
