We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a UI/UX Designer.  As a member of the Product Team, you will be responsible for end-to-end work, including design research, strategy development, design output, implementation, and iterative follow-up, ensuring product usability and aesthetics. 

Specifically, Tunnl's UI/UX Designer will be tasked with the following:

• Responsible for end-to-end work, including design research, strategy development, design output, implementation, and iterative follow-up, ensuring product usability and aesthetics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Translate concepts into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, easy to use, and consistent with brand guidelines.
• Work with marketing to create images for the website, advertisements, and other relevant media.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Continuously seek feedback and iterate on designs to optimize user satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
• 4+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design projects and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus.
