We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Director, Account Management. In this role, you will be responsible for leading client engagements, managing all communications, developing effective strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of data-driven solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to provide valuable client feedback, support sales initiatives, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Specifically, the Senior Director of Account Management will be tasked with the following:

• Lead client engagements, overseeing all aspects of communication, strategy development, and data delivery. 
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and implementation of client projects. 
• Provide constructive feedback to internal teams based on client interactions, contributing to continuous improvement. 
• Support sales and other leadership initiatives within the company. 
• Expand client relationships. 

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience working with and/or leading client work at an agency or market research firm. 
• Proven experience in market research, with a focus on polling or audience modeling. 
• Ability to write survey scripts and design research methodologies. 
• Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale strategic initiatives for clients. 
• Technology adept, particularly proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of or experience in media buying. 
• Familiarity with data applications such as Alteryx, SPSS, or SQL.
